Who Is Emi?
Emi Organizasyon is a creative production and experience design company rooted in theatre. Founded by a conservatory-trained team, the company brings together artistic discipline and real-world execution to create engaging,
human-focused experiences.
They work across theatre tours, brand events, and screen productions, while also providing acting coaching, drama education, and workshop development for both children and adults. With hands-on experience in stage performance and behind-the-scenes production, Emi understands both the audience and the performer, shaping work that connects on a deeper level.
In addition to creative production, Emi collaborates with brands, institutions, and communities to design events, manage stage content, and deliver interactive experiences. Their approach is always tailored, combining creativity with strong operational thinking.
Through Emi Kolektif, they extend this work into companies and factories, developing programmes that strengthen team connection, communication, and workplace culture using drama and participation-based methods.
At its core, Emi stands for closeness, trust, and collaboration. Rather than acting as an external supplier, they aim to become a true partner within every project they take on.
My role at Emi Organizasyon is Head of Creative, where I look after all design and creative direction in my spare time. I built their website from scratch on Wix and design all their social media content. I support the team on a voluntary basis, as the co-founders are family to me, which makes the whole process feel far more personal and meaningful.
